This is a great roofing company. They care about their customers and will go the extra mile to make them happy. I guess that’s why they’ve been around so many years. My interaction with their entire team has been positive. A special shout out to Luan (the project manager on my metal roof installation), he’s a great communicator and stayed on top of everything. He was very patient and professional as well.

I hired SK Quality Roofing to replace my roof during the late spring of 2024. From the moment Max came out to provide an estimate, they were professional and gave me a very complete estimate for the roof replacement. It was a big job and took some time from beginning to end. The crew leader. Luan, was phenomenal. There were a number of delays, no fault of SK, mainly due to weather an summer rains. However, Luan kept me completely informed with respect to status, estimated time to complete next steps, and of course, time to complete the entire project.

From start to finish my roof replacement was professionally and flawlessly done. I would recommend SMK Quality Roofing to anyone looking to put a new roof on or have any roof work done. Special shout out to Max Millilo who was the first person that I met I’m dealing with our roof. He put me to use immediately about the quality and professionalism of this company. The project manager luan Brito was in constant contact with me every day as well as making sure that everything was done to their high standards.The entire staff at SK made me feel like I was the only customer they had at the time.
